“Very good. As a Paramedic Instructor I have to check behind my students. I can get a Blood Pressure reading even at the radial pulse. Heart and lung sounds are clear if you make a good connection. Just wished you didn’t have to pay for the AI interphase. Haven’t bought it yet but may do it. Needs to be lower!”

“I have only had this stethoscope for one week so I can’t comment on its durability. My hearing has declined over the last year and I could not continue to use my Littmann cardiology II for auscultation. The Eko CORE 500 has delivered so far. I can hear adventurous heart and lung sounds finally. I am now confident in my cardiopulmonary assessments. I did buy a clip to keep the Eko around my neck since the chest piece is heavy and the tubing is short. If you have hearing impairment and are desperate, give the Eko CORE 500 a try. They have a return policy as long as you don’t get it engraved.”

“This stethoscope is just great. It is an useful, high quality, high tech gadget. It helps so much having ECG and its unique App. Bluetooth integration is immediate and reliable. Helpful showing traces to patients, sharing auscultation sounds through a tablet/cellphone speakers, teaching trainees about cardiac examinations, recording findings, etc. This device became a true essential to my medical practice.”

“It did all promised, although EKG baseline is much noisier than illustrated and they include alcohol to prep skin- not entirely practical. Acoustics are excellent. You do want to change the cardiac freq range to pulmonary for best results in each exam.”
