“This stethoscope is just great. It is an useful, high quality, high tech gadget. It helps so much having ECG and its unique App. Bluetooth integration is immediate and reliable. Helpful showing traces to patients, sharing auscultation sounds through a tablet/cellphone speakers, teaching trainees about cardiac examinations, recording findings, etc. This device became a true essential to my medical practice.”

“It did all promised, although EKG baseline is much noisier than illustrated and they include alcohol to prep skin- not entirely practical. Acoustics are excellent. You do want to change the cardiac freq range to pulmonary for best results in each exam.”

“I just unpacked this product and set it up. It has incredible clarity and is not heavy at all. The last electronic stethoscope I bought was heavy and awkward to use. This one has an excellent flexible tubing and feels durable. The app is easy to set up and use. Very satisfied so far.”

“I've had this stethoscope for a little over a year now, using it almost daily in the EMS field. The sound quality is great. The noice cancellation is also super helpful as it blocks out almost all background noise while in a moving vehicle. The leads can be a little iffy sometimes with actually reading, however it works as intended at least 85% of the time. Durability is a little questionable; I understand this is probably not supposed to be used in extreme settings, vehicle extrication, trail rescues; but with that being said it's held up pretty well and funny enough the two issues I've had (minus some small scratches on the screen) came from me breaking the power button by just pressing it and a earpiece ripping in half when putting it in my ears. Luckily Eko replaced the scope within less than a week. Although the steep price tag I definitely recommend this stethoscope.”

“I was impressed with the stethoscope from the very first day that I used it. I have had another brand of electronic stethoscope for a number of years because of a hearing issue. But this Eco core 500 is heads and shoulders above the other brand.”
