“I received the DUO when Eko first launched their products and it was "okay". The sound wasn't perfect and the ECG quality was terrible. I then got the CORE attachment which was a very nice upgrade for just hearing. Finally when they launched the CORE 500 Founder's Edition, I couldn't resist myself. This thing is simply amazing. Not only can you see a single lead ECG on the bell, you can see a great 3-lead tracing on the app. The sound improvements are beyond amazing. Essentially all the artifact is gone now. I would not the the AI software is not perfect (doesn't recognize or over calls AFib). However, this is really a huge improvement. It may be overkill for in-hospital since most patients are monitored. However, for places you need to know a patients rhythm and may not have monitoring equipment, it's invaluable. If you're in the market for a digital stethoscope, this is the one to have!”

“Black finish is sleek and makes it easier to standout while being subtle. Sound quality is best of the eko lineup to date. Audio filters are very useful. Screen is clear and EKG signal is much cleaner than previous models.”
