“The case is solid…I wish there was a way the stethoscope (elastic bands or Velcro maybe) was held in place while transporting stethoscope by the handle.”

“I’ve looked at so many generic stethoscope cases online to find something to protect my stethoscope outside of work hours. Then I got an email offer for a free case with purchase. Well, I didn’t need to make another Eko purchase but I loved the idea of having an Eko case to perfectly cradle my stethoscope/Eko. It said that the classic III would fit and I was so excited to receive it. However once it arrived I was beyond disappointed to find out that it is just a basic case that won’t actually fit my classic III with the Eko attached. I am happy to say that Eko customer service was great and while they wouldn’t accept the product back as a return, they did quickly resolve the issue and refund the full amount. I decided to just take the insert out and use the case as I would with a generic case. It’s doing the job for now, but next Eko should consider fixing this in the next generation of cases.”
