“Excellent, aesthetically beautiful product with good audio quality. Three design flaws: 1. 3.5mm jack does not work with many popular earphone / earbud products due to the deep bevel that the prong needs to insert past before reaching the port. Most 90 degree 3.5mm plugs I've tried to use with my Eko Duo don't fit / work. Only the tiny-skinny 3.5mm cable that comes with my Bose QuietComfort fits into the Eko Duo's output audio jack. 2. Extraordinarily easily scratched material on the outside of the Duo. Need to be very careful to not drop the device or have it rub against even itself (the stethoscope metal) which will rub off the paint. 3. The charging base scratches very easily Even placing the Duo onto the charging base scratches the base. Thank you - Kevin Huynh (858)231-5116”
