“Engraving looks great, I strongly recommend you get the coupon to get it for free, because with what you spend on this they really should be including it either way for the Eko 500.”

“I have received my stethoscope without my name engraved on it, despite paying around $20 for the engraving service. Unfortunately, the job was not completed. I would appreciate it if you could refund me the amount paid for the engraving service.”
