“I am 5ft 10-1/2inches tall and about 180lbs. Tall athletic build and about 20lbs heavier than usual due to a spine surgery, so not as active during recovery. Anyway, I ordered the size XL in the long Microperle leggings thinking since they are compression I would need the extra room so they wouldn't be overly tight. First time putting them on was a little challenging but once they were on they were quite comfortable. I have worn medical grade compression garments before that were unbearable so these were a nice surprise. I wore them for a couple days and they just would not stay up! They were constantly slipping down off my waist and crotch to my inner mid thigh. I thought maybe these just weren't for me and my body shape. I contacted customer support and they suggest I go down a size. I never even considered a smaller size with my weight gain but it couldn't hurt to give it a shot! They were so accommodating and sent me a prepaid return label. I received the size large not too long after. The fit is so much better! They are staying up, no more sliding. And they were not difficult to get on even though they were a full size smaller. After a delicate wash they become easier to get on as well. I might adjust them once or twice during the day but that is all. I love the comfort and massage of the "perles". I wore them for plane travel 6 times in the last 12 days and I cannot tell you how much it helped with the edema in my legs that I usually have after flying! I really love these! The only thing I would suggest is adding the micro perles to the calf area as well. I expected the perles to be the full length of the leggings but they cover the thighs and buttocks. Still though, an amazing product and great customer service.”
