Tour was great. Our tour guide, Katie, was extremely informative and friendly. She lended a member of our group her jacket when she was cold. Very kind.

I am so glad we went with this company...I chose them based on website design and descriptions of the tours. We had the North Beach/Wharf day tour, and it was great. Our guide gave us plenty of time to get off the Segway and walk around the sights, and the Segway ride itself was fun and manageable for someone who is not that coordinated! I would absolutely do this again with this company.

Overall a good experience. The tour had a less history than we were looking for. More pointing out of good restaurants and coffee spots. I would have liked some of those recommendations mingled among more of the history of the city.

There's a lot of trivia about little shops in the monologue of the Tour guide, however there's just one or two points where you get to stop, get off, look around and experience the place. It's a little too fast paced for my style of tourism.
