Our tours are fun, informative, and include thorough Segway rider training (in 11 languages!) before departure so you can be gliding through the city in no time. And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“My husband and I had a brilliant Wharf and Waterfront segway tour early June 2017. John was our guide and he was excellent. After our training we set off and learnt so much about the history of the area we travelled around. John was able to take photos of us using his phone and airdropped them to my phone once we finished the tour, this was really handy way of getting photos taken. The audio equipment worked very well. We've done a few segway tours in other places were it kept dropping out. John certainly made the tour informative, fun and of course safe. A big thank you from Jackie and Malcolm from the UK”

“I would highly recommend a Segway Tour with San Francisco Electric Tour Company as it was not only exhilarating, but also informative for my family's first visit to the San Francisco area. Our anxieties about overall safety quickly subsided after going through onsite safety and hands-on Segway training before taking the tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, outgoing, had excellent communication skills, and most importantly, had a sense of humor that made the tour even more fun. We learned plenty about Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden State Bridge and surrounding neighborhood. We were glad we went on the tour early into our visit because we learned more about the area that influenced our day-to-day activities.”
