Our tours are fun, informative, and include thorough Segway rider training (in 11 languages!) before departure so you can be gliding through the city in no time. And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“Myself and my partner had a ball on the Segway tour, our guide Marie was an absolute howl. Her narration, funny stories and basic due care and attention to the safety and well being of her clients was excellent. Definately recommed you take this tour and if you get Marie as your guide you will have a tour to remember. Prior to this we'd never used Segways, but it's something that we took to like ducks to water. The training recieved was excellent, and we were made to feel relaxed... considering that after 30mins training you were going to be in the thick of the downtown traffic... As a result Of Marie's guidance and the professionalism of the other staff at SFETC, were decided to seek out segway topur in every other city we visit. We're even going to try the One in our home town of Dublin. It should be remebered, that if you can Segway up and down the hills of san Fran. You can Segway anywhere. “Had a great time on this tour, better than any I've experienced. I was a little apprehensive about my wife's ability to pick up on the training for Segway, but the guides assured us that if anyone could not handle it on route they would make provision for one to return to start point. As it turned out my wife picked it up easily, as it seemed we all did. We both loved it very much. I felt myself say, 'I got to get myself one of these'. Good job done. “The Segay tour looked fun on the web site, but was better than I expected. Some in our party were a little nervous having never ridden Segways before, but the staff did an excellent job of making sure we were comfortable before we left the starting location. The Segways are fun to ride, and being out in the open instead of stuck on a bus makes you feel like you are getting a more close up look at the city. Also, our guide Jack was great! He was funny, friendly, informative, and helpful. The Segway tour was great and I would recommend it to anyone who plans on visiting San Francisco.”
