And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“Very safe if you follow the instructions. Unfortunately I was thrown off my Segway while backing up and accidently lifted my foot off the pad. While lying in the street in front of the Cable Car museum, I was grateful for my helmet. My wife got close to my Segway when we were looking at the view on top of Russian Hill and when our wheels touched she tried to backup and moved too quickly putting the Segway into a spin which threw her against the wall. She didn't break her back, just badly bruised her ribs. However, the twisting of the Segway caused a spiral fracture in her ankle, but she had surgery this week and they think she will be able to walk without a noticeable limp in a few months.”
