“Customer service was very good as they contacted me about the art quickly. However my initial complaint was theat the world map was much harder to read and blurry in the smaller print that I ordered than was depicted online. The rep suggested I get the large size(conveniently much more expensive) but that the medium size would also be clear. I chose the medium size art and when we got it, the picture was still blurry in the smaller details and city names on the map.”
