“I wanted to give you a better review, but I just can't. The print was really nice, the frame good, but the assembly was extremely poor. The top part of the print/glass, and board was not pushed down all the way. You could see the prongs. I had to disassemble the entire product to push the glass, print, and support down below the prongs and reassemble. Sorry, but I expected much more for a product that was listed over $180 dollars.”

“While I liked the picture itself, I didn’t think I needed to read the art specs (I thought just picking the dimensions was enough). Lesson learned that the print that arrives is not on photo paper but is instead on real paper which I found to be grainy. I also didn’t then know that the picture is significantly smaller as there is a large white matte around the border of the picture already. I read product specs when I buy some things online but it would have been helpful when selecting a picture size if it clearly indicated the paper size and the picture size together. I do think it’s overpriced now to be paying for a picture of that size on paper.”

“Disappointed in my order. The frame is SO cheap and coming apart on all 4 corners and the paper glued on the back is off and left a horrible sticky residue. The actual picture is decent but will be taking elsewhere to get reframed. Not the quality I was expecting.”
