“Sent me the wrong size. Was so excited to hang my photos before my NYE party but these are extremely too small. Representative i spoke to I’m assuming worked from home, couldn’t hear a thing she was saying, all I heard was muffled words and dogs barking in the background. Nearly had to have her yell to understand her. Super disappointed.”

“The picture is not a crisp as what is on the website. It is somewhat dull and the colors are muted. The picture is a time-lapse which may cause some of the fuzziness. The colors are primarily oranges even though it is a picture of Lake Tahoe and Eagle Falls. Technically it is at twilight, but it is sunrise not sunset for those that are interested.”

“I was actually pretty disappointed. The image of the painting was so beautiful and detailed on the website and I loved it. Even though it was expensive I got it anyway. When it arrived I almost cried. It was dull and even though I got a large painting it was so dark and had almost no details. Instead of fantastical and magical it looks foreboding and depressing. Sadly I don’t know if I would be able to recommend someone purchase from this site.”

“Canvas does not look as advertised. The canvas is not as gold as shown and smaller. I purchased a bigger size so in my opinion not worth the 230 I paid. I hate it actually.”

“I am very disappointed with this purchase. The printed canvas looks like a very low resolution picture transferred onto the canvas, looks fake and cheap. Like a child’s printed on bedsheet. Highly pixelated. And the corners were damaged. I cannot give as a gift. The only good thing is how quickly the item was shipped out as I paid extra to rush the shipment.”

“I’m frustrated. The whole customized canvas print was a huge let down. First, they had issues with my original uploaded photos. I had to create a second set via a third party program they use and that took two tries. Then- instead of referring to my original order for the text, they used stock text. I can’t say I’ll use them again.”

“I order this mountain canvas which I really love. The colors are vibrate. However, I ordered it framed. I like the look but the canvas is not centered properly in the frame. What I mean by this is, it’s a black metal frame that does not touch the edges of the canvas.it’s like a floating effect within the frame. Less than an inch between the edge of the canvas and the actual frame part Again, I like the idea and the look. But the craftsman’s ship should be better for the price. As I said earlier there is not an even distribution around the canvas and frame. It’s like they just plopped it in the frame without measuring/caring that it’s not centered at all! The top half as you will see in the photos I have attached, is almost touching the frame and the bottom half there’s a big gap. I didn’t bother to return it because I did not feel like dealing with sending such a large item back. Plus I did not feel like waiting for a new one to be produced and sent. It took almost 2 weeks for this one to arrive. Not sure if I would by from them again…”
