“Not really an issue- more so unsatisfied with product. The print looks dark and washed out… nothing like the vibrant picture shown on the website… if you look closely- the picture looks blurry, not like a real print at all- it also took SO long to get shipped- huge disappointment… Way too much money for what I received.”

“I am trying to reach out to someone. My picture I ordered was suppose to be distressed wood but it’s not. It’s canvas. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY! It even stated suppose to be distressed wood. It is not! Please correct. Kay Tanner”

“So much potential in a piece like this. I like the size and subject of the piece i selected, but the colors appear quite muted or dulled down. Perhaps something was lost in the printing process? I feel like the lighter colors (reds, pinks, blues, orange, and greens) could be much brighter, richer and vibrant. Even the darker colors appear "lifted", losing quite a bit of contrast. I give it a slightly "below average" rating of 4 out of 10, or if you like, a 2 out of 5. I am choosing to keep it, but if they ever fix the colors, I hope they will contact me so i can repurchase.”
