“An honest review. I am not a complainer as some complain about everything, but the product from ES was abolutely terrible. We have redone our house and wanted to put up new pics throughout. We decided to try ES, smartly deciding to try one piece first to make certain quality was as claimed. Bought a 19 x 13 floating framed Puffin pic. Came as 18 x 12 with no frame. Contacted ES, after ONE HOUR online chat due to delays in CSR responses, had to take and send photos with rulers and they said they'd "investigate". They eventually sent a replacement. Received framed replacement, floating frame design which rightfully has gaps between the pic and frame on all sides as it should. Issue: ES placed the pic crooked in the frame so the gap at one corner, any corner, goes from small to larger. Difference from one corner to any adjacent corner is only about 1/8", but that is in short distances. Picture is CLEARLY crooked in the frame as anyone would see if we chose to hang it. Will have to trash same (or maybe hang in playroom / basement and be thankful we purchased this test piece before buying more. And to be clear, though the frame is bigger, the 19 x 13 picture (advertised as 19 x 13 without any frame) is absolutely 18 x 12, 13% smaller than advertised. Unless our issues with Elephant Stock were two consecutive unfortunate, rare mistakes, the quality control is horrible and we certainly will never purchase from them again. We caution anyone who sees the beautiful web site and thinks that what they will be getting.”

“My poster came in wrinkled and rolled up as opposed to being put in card stock covering to protect the edges. For the price I payed, I don’t think it was worth it. I only kept it because I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of exchanging and I’m under a time crunch to finish my daughter’s room. Luckily the matte covered the wrinkled edges but still disappointing.”

“I bought this to replace one I had ordered two years ago from ElephantStock, I am disappointed. The quality is not the same. The canvas is not as thick and the wood reinforcements are not nearly as nice. I am not sure I would order again as I was expecting a similar product to what I had on my wall already. My photos look good; it’s the quality of the canvas that isn’t good.”

“The print came wrinkled and the box looked like it had been smashed. Such a bummer and bc of this I wouldn’t order from here again. The actual picture is a stunning scene. But the wrinkles are really a bummer. Wish it would have came in a tub vs a box.”
