“While the wall art appears to be okay they are very small considering the price. I bought 3 wine glass prints double the size for the same price. I work in Plano and want to return them. What is the process?”

“We purchased three portraits by John Singer Sargent. We also purchsed 2 from Famous Art. The quality of their products was better. There were no broken supports on their portraits. They came with a wire hanger, yours did not. I think that both portraits did a good job on the subjects face but the clothing lacked the "awe" appeal that even prints of the famous works contain.”

“The canvas on one of my multi panel artwork pieces was improperly wrapped and I'm waiting on customer service to replace it. Two other pieces did not have the canvas corners wrapped tightly on the back, so the white part of the canvas sticks out and I had to cut it with scissors because you can see it. Lastly, I'm disappointed in the clarity of the images. I sent high resolution images that were very clear (in focus) and they look blurry on the canvas. So, I'm really disappointed, but I'm hanging all the pieces (there were many) on the walls because from a distance they look good.”
