“It's not what I expected. It's not the art that's the issue. It's how thin th fabric is and the art is a print on the fabric, which did not have the elegant look I was hoping fo.”

“My center panel has a white smudge on it. I would return it, but another company who I ordered an ornament from told me when I complained that the “proof” online actually showed the offset, uncentered work — so I agreed to that since it was pictured online when I ordered. I assume your company to be similar since the smudge on my panel shows up in the photo of this artwork online. One would assume it was a flaw, but I expect the same response from you. I will NOT be purchasing from your company again.”

“The most frustrating wall art I have ever purchased!! I loved the Boston grunge art idea and bought the three piece version.... What a mistake! Do not ever think you will get the pieces lined up precisely (even with a level) because it just ain't happening. The mounted wall hangers located on the back of each piece are not located in the exact same area of each piece, they are all in just slightly different areas making it a disaster to try to align when hanging. Not to mention, also, having to compensate for the spacing in between each piece.”

“Disappointed that there was no mat on the photo. It was printed on a white sheet of paper. It has a pretty nice frame but the whole thing looks pretty cheap. I got this for a gift and did not give it as it looked so bad. I actually had the picture printed locally, bought a beautiful frame on sale for 10 bucks and sent that. Yours cost me $50. And mine was under $20. However… yours was much more convenient.”
