“Even though my wall hanging was 18 days late getting to me and miss my address by hundreds of miles it went to Kansas City and then to st. Louis and then to Des Moines Iowa and back in the same direction after 19 days, being lost I finally received it and it's exactly what I paid for and it's a very nice wall hanging I don't know what happened when they scan that through at your end. But it missed Strafford Missouri by at least 600 miles. And it had to write address on it so it wasn't your fault it was a postal service. But thank you again for contacting me and helping me recover my lost wall hanging , and your customer service was very helpful to”
