While I am not a plant-based eater, it's still hard for even meat eaters to get the proper amounts of B12 so this is great! The carbs are low enough for most people and when I am super low-carbing I'll just have a half a scoop and still, it still tastes great and makes me feel energetic! I think most people know they should not be drinking sugar-laden recovery drinks like Gatorade and even PowerAde zero has a bit of a chemical-like aftertaste so this is better than both of those hands down!
