“I have been including protein supplements in my workout regiment for a long time. “So I was skeptical at first because I didn't like the first smoothie I made. The consistency is very thick and a little grainy and I couldn't taste a lot of the cinnamon--HOWEVER, It's the only protein powder I've been able to drink with just water and ice and that's where you can really get the flavor. It also has great nutrition and it really helped me transition off other protein powder that messed up my stomach. Sadly not good for mug cakes, but good for drinks, french toast, and oatmeal. If it were a little smoother it'd be perfect.”

“It tastes great and (more importantly) you're eating predominately protein as opposed to carbs. most references I've read on nutrition indicate that plant-based protein is healthier for the body than animal-based....Not that you should eliminate animal protein from your diet, but you do benefit by getting a significant portion of your daily protein from plants. Also, I'm not a "morning person" but I noticed when I start my day with a serving of this protein powder, I actually feel noticeably more "alive" than on days when I don't. I prefer the Elevate product better than other protein powders because it doesn't have any sugar-alcohols - like sucralose - that cause intestinal bloating. Overall, I give Elevate Performance Protein Powder TWO THUMBS UP !!”
