I love the ease of the app and how it kept my son interested! I will say that sometimes he'd say that wrong word and it would still give him credit but other than that no complaints!

We just received our first Ello box yesterday. My daughter (7) has already read all 5 books. She was excited to earn stars, stickers and pick a prize when she was all done. She can't wait for the next box to come!

My daughter seems to really enjoy this so far. We’re in our first month and she is definitely excited to read. Would prefer some more challenging books for next month. Not sure how to change that yet. Thanks!

We've only used the app for 1 day and she's already wanted to read more books later in the day :) I can tell she's confident and I see that her reading could get better using this app daily!

Ello has made reading really fun and engaging. The books are reader level appropriate and it’s fun to earn a prize in the next month’s box! Highly recommend for anyone with a young reader who could use some extra support and looking to make reading fun!

My 6 year old has been very against reading he doesn't want to learn. We decided to try ello and have only had our box for a week and he is asking to read he is more confident and is getting more and more comfortable with each book. Will definitely be keeping this subscription for a bit.

We've tried other apps and they tend to just be games for my son. It's hard to tell if he's picking up the lessons or just guessing. While he was a bit hesitant at first, I've caught him re-reading the first book multiple times. He tells me he's reading it until he doesn't need the app any more. He's happily sitting in the living room right now showing his grandma how the app works and trying a new book. Fingers crossed these lessons continue to stick with him!
