“My child is all about “surprises” so she was ecstatic when her Ello box arrived. She couldn’t wait to see what books arrived. My 4 year old read her books for an hour the day we got her Ello box. She is learning to project her voice as she reads to her tablet and loves getting a sticker as she finishes each book. This is THE book subscription for 21st century kiddos.”

“This app is smart and effective. My child is autistic and gets tired from engaging with people all day long. Consequently, he wasn't a big fan of reading out loud with us. But he LOVES to read with Ello :)”

“We bought Elo for our 7 year old after trying a few different reading programs. Usually the programs are too parent time intensive or require more time than my daughter with ADHD can attend to. As soon as she received her box and I explained she would earn a prize after reading five books she was hooked. The easy correction the ability to allow her to get help with a word without me interrupting her multiple times is amazing. We are able to sit beside her and support her but not be too overbearing. I am very happy with this product it is definitely made for kids and I can already see her reading better.”

“This was great! Our first box had great books. She loved earning the stars for the prize. Not only that, I love how Ello doesn’t just help them with the words when needed, but with pronunciation. I can’t wait to see how this program grows.”

“I have tried all the reading apps you could think of for my daughter. With all of them she would get bored with them and then stop doing it. This is Day 1 of reading with Ello and she's already read all 5 books. I'm giving 5 stars now, because I know this is the app for my daughter!”

“We sampled a few different reading programs for the summer and Ello was the clear winner! My rising first grader loves to see what books he has each month, and reading to the app as much less anxiety-inducing for him. This has caused a huge boost in confidence and I can see the reading gains already! We are so thrilled with Ello!”

“My almost 6 year old son loves to read, but when he gets stuck on a word he gets frustrated. With Ello he can ask for help with a word, all on his own, so it gives him a sense of pride ! He finished his first 5 books in a few days, some first without the app, and some with. He then did all of them with Ello to earn a prize- which he also loves! We are getting ready to send back our first box!! Can't wait for the next one to arrive.”
