“My 8 year old who hates reading, gets excited to pull out a book with the Ello app and read! He will even sit there on his own and read a whole book! Amazing!!!”

“My daughter just started in the Ello app. So far she is very engaged and excited when she earns badges and gold stars for reading the books that came for the month. I would say the only thing if when she clicks on a word to get help with that word the app doesn’t always completely follow thru with teaching her the word. Almost like it gets cut off and then moves along with the next word. Which is ok as long as I sit with her while she does the app. Then I can help her. But so far that is my only problem.”

“My daughter did not like reading. She has a language delay and has a hard time pronouncing words. This program is helping her with that. Certain books she really enjoys and others she only does to get the bonus in the next box. I’m hoping by the next school year that her teachers will see a big difference.”

“Just received the first box and right away my 7yr old son who loves to read took the box opened it and picked yo yes read it to his 3 yr old sister who the box is for but loves when her brother reads to her then followed along on the app . With in minutes they are fighting over the next book to read safe to say all 5 books are officially read and they can’t wait for the next box.”

“My son is actually excited to read! As a former kindergarten and 1st grade teacher I highly recommend Ello! Getting your kids, excited about reading, can be hard, even for teachers! My son quickly caught on how to use the app, it’s super easy, and started reading right away!”

“We have had Ello less than 24 hours and my severely dyslexic third grader is devouring his books because he loves reading to Ello! I think it’s less pressure for him and he doesn’t feel like he has to hurry through the story. It makes me want to cry happy tears to see a child who avoided reading at all costs ASKING “Mom! Can I go read to Ello?””
