“Our son is 7 and we have struggled to get him involved in reading. His teachers stressed how behind he was in phonics and reading and we tried everything to get him to read to us and sound out words - to no avail. We tried Ello and this has changed our routine! He asks to read with Ello, not to mention that we are seeing his confidence skyrocket. “Before Ello, sitting down with my child to read was a bit of a struggle. She wasn't very confident or comfortable reading. Since starting Ello, she asks every day after school, can I read to Ello?”

“This morning on day 4 of our Ello journey, my 6 year old woke up and didn’t ask to watch any cartoons but asked to read her next book. Before even getting dressed she was independently reading with her app on her own. She is loving it. I have given her the option of reading together at night or with the app and she has chosen with the app each time. Instead of having to struggle with reading time at night she is happily finishing the books. She loves the option of getting her with words and I find her confidence increasing already. She gets frustrated having to sound out words that are harder and having the help option is such a blessing. Thank you Ello!”

“Soon as my daughter receive her box in the mail, she wanted to read them instantly and she loved every one. I love the way Ello assists the kids if they get stuck on a word. Gove my daughter a chance to learn on her own before I jump into help. Im so excited I ordered this box.”

“Our first box just came in and my son and I love it! We are homeschooling and I was unsure what reading level he was, or should be. I thought he was slightly behind but I chose his grade level anyway and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders! Seeing these easy grade acceptable books come in and watching my son get 80% of the words right from the start was so wonderful! The app isn't super accurate but it was exactly what he needed to get motivated! We have 3 books we know we are keeping and he even whispered when he was done so he didn't hurt Ello's feelings! He then said "ello is fun!" Super happy mom and child here!!”

“Highly recommend! My child has ADHD which makes learning how to read difficult for him. However, since getting Ello, he has become more confident reading aloud. Ello allows him to be independent but also provides that assistance he needs. He read my shirt aloud tonight and GOT EVERY WORD CORRECT! He even taught his 4 year old little brother how to join in on the fun. The video included is of my 4 year old testing out his brother’s Ello.”
