“My daughter is in the second grade, recently switched from public to private school. In transition, we were told she was behind according to their curriculum. We have been using Ello for almost two months and it’s been a game changer in our house. She looks forward to her Ello box each month, she acully enjoys sitting down rereading with Ello. So thankfully for this program!!!!!!”

“Im not very sure about this product. My daughter seems to get busy checking for the stars and looking at the app instead of looking at the words. We will continue to try it.”

We designed Ello so that there are no "games" or distracting activities. Children collect stars after each page, but Ello is set up to keep children focused on the book. We would love to learn more about what is distracting and learn from your experience!

“We have struggled to get our son motivated to read. He really enjoys reading to the ipad and can tap the words for support. He also enjoys the incentive of the stickers to earn a prize for the next month's box. The books have been the perfect level of reading for him. I love that we can increase or decrease the difficulty of meeting his instructional needs. Ello also sends personalized texts to check in and provide tips which have been really helpful as a parent. We have been so happy with our first box experience.”

“My child is in first grade and hates reading. Is very discouraged and unmotivated. Once we received our first Ello box she wanted to read all the books provided on one day. I’m looking forward to the improvements to come”

“I decided to try Ello for my first grader out need to find ways to make it fun and engaging for her. With my esketism and aprenhension ready to go I set my little one to open the first box and pull the first book out. My child warned me that she would only read a little bit for the day. To my surprise she read all 5 books on her first sitting! She was so excited about the whole experience, and we were thrilled as parents to see her happy and excited... we are looking forward to seeing her grow as a happy reader!”

“My daughter has always been a fine reader but it’s like pulling teeth to get her to practice her reading. She received Ello on a Monday and read all five books by Friday. She loves it! I love that she loves it. She now looks forward to reading. Worth every penny! Thank you Ello!”
