“The lamp is really great to use but it had to be replaced because the inbuilt cord socket was loose from new and eventually became detached from the internal circuit board - total failure! Another family member has one with the same fault/failing symptoms whilst a third family member has one working ok. Should you choose one of these very useful lamps please insert the charging cord without any vertical or horizontal movement because as above the socket seems very flimsily mounted. But I would purchase a 3rd one if this purchase fails, that’s how handy it is.”
