“There was no nylon cord in the box. I sent a message to the company to mention the problem, and they replied that the nylon cords were not included; only the plastic blades. But otherwise, satisfied with the product. Can't wait to try it out.”

How would you improve our products or service? Hold you electric products to the same standard as your gas powered tools.

“Very lightly built. All plastic. Feels like a toy. The plastic trim blades barely make it through a single use. The string alternative is difficult and slow to replace. I would not recommend.”

What is your favorite feature/attribute about our product or service? Power. I have yet to use an electric device either battery or cord powered to have as much strength as this product.

How would you improve our products or service? Longer battery life.

“My sister has had this model for quite some time, and I bought my own because I like it so much. It is extremely lightweight, and for a battery operated machine has an enormous amount of power. The only mild issue I have is that the battery only lasts about 20 minutes before needing to be recharged, but that honestly isn't a huge deal for me. The benefits of power, a very light weight, and transportability (from not being teathered by a cord) more than outweighs issue of the battery life. Very happy with this product.”

“Works good, however the battery doesn’t last long (about 25 minutes). Would be better with a detachable battery so you can have more than one charged for longer use.”

“Purchased the FSA 45 Battery Trimmer. What a treat not to have to deal with string. The blades are great and so easy to put on and take off. The charge lasts a good amount of time. Powerful trimmer. Pleased with the purchase.”

“I have bought two now, one for my Home and another for up north. It’s light and easy to use and no cord! The battery is integral so I bring it indoors for the winter to preserve it. Would buy this product again!”
