How would you improve our products or service? Make it with a battery that will last longer than the job that needs to be done.

“The product works very well, the design and comfort are good. The battery life is absolutely horrible as well the charge time due to horrible battery life. I would be lucky to get 10 or 15 minutes if I wasn't trimming anything dense or hard to cut down. For the cost of the product, I was expecting something worthy of your reputation for quality products. I was very disappointed.”
