How would you improve our products or service? Keep things quality, don’t cheap out when making things just to save a buck like so many other companies

“I have had the pressure washer for 4 months and I am very happy so far. Imo it is the best pressure washer - electric or gas - in that price range. 1. don’t get fooled by similarly priced gas washers with higher PSIs: the Stihl has very high water throughput making it as good at cleaning as the cheaper gas washers and far better than competing electric ones. 2. built quality is very good. Especially hose, handle and attachments are finely made and of high grade plastics. Much better than store competition 3. the noise level is quite a bit lower than my previous 4. compressor response rate is very quick; maybe 1 second between idle and full power. My took probably 5 seconds. I would only get a gas washer if A) there is no electricity where you need to use it B) you need quite a bit more oomph/professional use. Then you will be in a higher price range as well. Cons: - extra attachments are hideously expensive - hose attachment is in spot where it is tough get a tight fit”
