“What a great experience working with Joshua, his Dad, Stephanie & Bora such a phenomenal team. The whole team sat with me onsite at their midtown offices several times choosing the right custom pearl, gold color tone and a classic design i came up with and that Bora (custom designer) tweaked and perfected! Not to mention answering lengthy emails with very detailed questions i would ask through out the process. After several renditions it turned out to be a unique piece and exactly what I wanted. From start-to-finish the project was an A+! My fiancee is absolutely amazed with the custom engagement ring-loves it. I did have to get the ring resized but that was not a problem as the teams customer service skills explained the process to me and that the ring had to be remade from scratch. I guess my sneaky undercover work of getting my fiancees ring size during sleep was off by about 1 size, oh well. Joshua took all into consideration and I was happy with the remake.
