“The treadmill itself is good for a home unit - sturdy, smooth, good cushioning. Unfortunately the standard programs are rubbish. All they are is a collection of very random combinations of speed and incline. There is no interval training course, for example. You can set your own course, but you can't set the length of the intervals, just the length of the overall workout. And there's no auto cool down at the end of the custom workouts.
Again though, the hardware itself is good.”

It's a really good unit, I'm very happy with it so far! I can walk at my own leisure, in my own time and it's nice to know if I do have any drama's service won't be an issue.
