“Recently purchased the 'Endurance Athlete Treadmill' however I noticed a factory defect upon unboxing the treadmill upon arrival. I contacted the company and spoke with Dean, who was completely supportive and apologetic, and without my request and without hesitation, Dean decided to upgrade my treadmill to the 'Endurance Predator Treadmill' free of charge. As much as I loved the simplicity of the 'Athlete' and it was the look I was going for, I could not deny the 'Predator' due to the greater performance, etc. Both treadmills are top quality (aside from the one-off manufacturer defect in my expereince - defect being the treadmill pillars holding the control panel were not straight and leaning to the right enough to be noticeably displeasing). In addition, Dean arrange for the 'Predator' to be delivered fully assembled and pretested the treadmill prior to delivery to ensure there were no further issues. That was pretty awesome considering the 'Predator' needs to be assembled out of the box. I am very happy with the outcome and the treadmill is fantastic. Thank you Endurance Treadmills!”
