We were very confident we were making the right choice for us after talking with him. The treadmill is sturdy and wonderful to walk on. I was expecting knee pain as this has happened with other treadmills. It did not happen, that was awesome. Love the Bluetooth. We are very happy with our purchase. “First time purchasing a treadmill, bought the predator and am incredibly happy. The frames are metal, and it feels high quality and sturdy - definitely exceeded my expectations here.
Instructions were very easy to follow and assemble, probably took around 30 mins (and I’m usually terrible at assembly).
Love that there are built in speakers and fan so I can place my Phone and watch my favorite shows without having to buy a portable speaker !
On top of all this, customer service was great, I ordered on Friday and it was delivered to my door on Monday afternoon.

This is a quality treadmill, the air cushioning is the big difference between other treadmills. I ran 20km on this treadmill and was not fatigued at all , where as my older treadmill made it more of a battle!!
