“Brought the Kona treadmill last week. I was spending $3500 so i wanted to speak to someone first. So i called the mobile on the website and the bloke that answered didnt really want to talk. I had questions and he was getting frustrated and can tell he wanted to end the call. This nearly stopped me from going through with the purchase. I ordered the treadmill online on Sat and the guy called me again Mon morning to tell me that it will be delivered between 9am and 4pm lol (great timeline) i had a question to ask and then the bloke hangs up on me. The product is ok, but the service experience was crap. I will not be buying anything from Endurance treadmill again or recommending to anyone.”

“Ive had my treadmill for a few weeks now and have been putting off this review until I have used it enough to give fair and honest feedback. I am really happy with it. I have a neurological condition which affects my legs & with Covid Ive had to isolate which meant I coudn't make it to rehabilitation appointments.
Ive been in the market for a few months only to be disappointed in cheap, flimsy treadmills Ive had to return. What Im pleased with most about the Kona treadmill is that it is exactly what you see in the demonstration video & it lives up to all my expectations. Easy to use, strong and most importantly safe for me to use especially with my condition.
My wife also enjoys the treadmill and all the functions on the control board and how simple and easy it is to use.

“I recently bought this treadmill to help get me fit.
It is a BIG machine, which is actually one of the things I like. Super comfortable to walk on, I never feel like I'm gonna trip or fall off like some smaller ones I have tried.
It is also whisper quiet! Mine is in my lounge room of a tiny apartment and I use it at 5am when my husband is asleep. He has not woken up even once!
My only reccomendation is to make sure you have two strong people to put this together and move it into position. It is incredibly heavy.
