“After owning two second hand treadmills of this size, which didn’t last too long, I made the leap to buy new. Spent more than I anticipated but want a treadmill that lasts! The “On-line Chat” team have been fantastic with their communications and support with knowledge, price matching, maintenance etc. thank you. Delivered in 5 business days, and easy to put together. 10 screws in total and you are done. You tube videos of reviews and lubricating have been very helpful. Yet to jump on and test it out, but the experience so far has eased my anxiety about spending the money…. My only suggestion is for future design: making it easier to move. My previous treadmill had wheels at the front and back so that it could easily be shifted out the way for cleaning without leaning it back to move. As they are heavy units, I found with the smaller wheels only at the back it was more difficult. Need to lean it towards me quite a lot to feel like it is steady for moving, but concerned putting it down will risk a sudden movement trying to hold the weight, and no foot bar to help ease back into position. Will be ok once working out the best way for me, but won’t be moving it often anyway, thanks Endurance”
