“This exercise bike is excellent for gentle exercise. It has a comfortable seat with good back support. It is a recumbent bike so is easier to mount than conventional exercise bikes. The seat height adjustment covers a wide range of heights and is easy to set with one lever.
There is a large range of programs plus provision for user programs.
The only minor issue I have with the bike is the seat mount system has a small amount of sideways slop which can be a bit annoying especially when using the heart rate monitor. I was able to fix this packing a small gap with a thin strip of stiff cardboard.”
