“After suffering from a high-end bed that caused hip and neck problems for the past 4 years, I went into our local Engineered Sleep store. I was greeted and assisted by Luan. Luan was helping another couple, but made my husband and I as much a priority as the couple he was assisting. Luan was not pushy with sales tactics. He took time to explain the different mattresses on the floor and informed us that the company could custom-make the mattress to my liking. I bought the DUO comfort top and have been sleeping on it for a month. Initially, I thought the bed could be a tad bit more plush. I called Luan, and he sent (no cost) a 2-inch memory form to add. After one week of adding the memory form, my hip and neck pain returned with a vengeance. I removed the memory form toper, changed pillows, and have slept best in years. I also bought a pillow from Luan and exchanged it twice (3 different pillows), and neither worked for me. Luan did not hesitate to exchange pillows. Although I did not find the perfect pillow, the DUO comfort top latex mattress is very comfortable—no more hip and neck pain. My preference is to have a little more plush feel. However, I am sold on the comfort of the DUO and the customer service at my local Engineered Sleep store.”

“I wrote a review on my DUO Latex Twin XL several months ago. This review is for my Wife's Duo Twin XL. We both had tried multiple mattresses. I found the this mattress and was very pleased with it. My wife still was trying different mattresses when one night she asked to sleep on mine. The next morning she said she wanted to try it long term. Since I was in the trial period I did not want to give this up and I did not like her mattress. She ordered one and so far she is very happy with it.”

“Only been sleeping on this about 2 weeks. So far I am happy. I've tried Sleep science, tempurpedic, puffy, tumery, sleep ovation, emma, and bear. Some of these mattress I liked for about a month until I started getting back and hip pain. So 2 weeks is not a fair trial. Check back in a month or 2.”
