“I've never had a twintail wig like this, but I like it! Very thick, very nice workable length. I saw a youtube review of this from about 5 years ago that compared this to Arda Wigs' Chibi and it seems like Epic Cosplay has made some changes to this wig that make it a lot more similar to the Chibi wig. The OG had a bunch of rows of very short hair wefts inside the pigtail to cut some of the bulk, but that seemed to be really annoying for people, so I'm guessing that's why it was changed. The wig now has all one length wefts inside the ponytails. The whole wig is very thick, fits my small head well, isn't too heavy, and the fibers are really nice! My two critisisms with this there is no clips inside the wig cap, just two combs near the temples; and that the pigtail changes clashed with their ponytail extentions. These wigs are aimed towards cosplayers so maybe having no clips was done with the assumtion people will customize it more, but I still think including them would be nice. Now the extentions thing... Since the pigtails are really thick, their pony tail extentions actually don't match anymore. The extentions I got were way thinner than the base wigs tails, so the blending was impossible to fix without purchasing more wefts. I ended up seam ripping the wefts from the extentions and put them directly into the base wig, even then, to really get it to blend I'd have to buy extra wefts. That's more of a critism on the extentions, but considering they're meant to be paired easily with their other ponytail wigs it really blows. I got this for a halloween costume short notice, so that's on me, but I could have saved myself some money and just got 4-6 of their extension wefts instead of their ponytail extentions. Either way, wefts would be twice as expensive than the extentions for how many needed to blend the pigtails and I think the ponytail extentions should probably match the wigs theyre intended for. So! If you're someone purchasing this for something that needs long pigtails, just buy the plain wefts and sew them in. That very specific gripe aside, I think this wig is great! The actual base wig is super well made, fairly easy to tailor, and comfortable! The color seems to be pretty accurate to the photos too! (Vocaloid Green)”
“The wig was a lot more full than the pictures suggest! The fibers are soft and easy to detangle with a wig brush. I'm planning on stubbing the wig and adding two 35" ponytail clip-ons in the same color for a Hatsune Miku cosplay.”
“AMAZING, barely any styling required, just a bangs trim which is no problem. The pigtails are very tightly wrapped, FINE BY ME.
I'm using this for my Miku cosplay, I paired it with a pair of 35inch ponytail extensions. Looks so good together.”
“This wig was used for Hatsune Miku herself! It’s the perfect color and when stubbed and paired with two of the long ponytail clips in the same color, it’s just perfect for Miku! The bangs are very full at first and I was able to achieve the perfect piecey look for them with some cutting!”
“havent cut or styled the wig at all in the photos, but i’m absolutely delighted with the product. Used along with the 18” ponytail wraps, got the volume that i needed while maintaining the (as much as it can be) natural look of the ponytails!”
