“I really wanted to love this wig but unfortunately despite being described as black, every "black" fiber is actually purple (a very dark purple but still), making it completely unusable for my cosplay. I wouldn't even mind a black wig with a hint of purple, but I've asked several people what color they would describe the wig as and every single one has said purple without me even having to mention I was unhappy with it or that it was supposed to be black. While the color varying a little from the picture is completely understandable, its extremely disappointing for the wig to be purple when there isn't a single mention of any other colors mixed in, the color in the title is barely present at all, and black is not like most colors where there’s often different shades and tones. I’ve had to completely push back my plans for this cosplay because despite returning it, this kind of issue is only eligible for store credit. There are no other similar wigs available and I even had to pay $10 to return it, so my wig budget is completely used up. The wig itself is of nice quality with smooth fibers, though slightly thinner than other wigs I’ve purchased here, but considering the return policy I no longer feel confident making any purchases or trusting the description to be accurate.”
