“I order a size down in EPNY skirts and this one fits very well. I'm 5'5 and 128 pounds for reference. I am not a huge fan of the waistbands on these skirts, but the prints are so cute I can overlook them. I would prefer a wider more slimming waistband like gigiblue.”
