“The shampoo and conditioner worked beautifully for both of our dogs. However the lotion caused our "sensitive skin" dog quite a bit of redness, irritation, and distress. We won't be using that again!”
“First, let me start off by saying that I love that this shampoo is an all natural product. There's a total of seven ingredients in the shampoo -all of which I can pronounce and recognize. The shampoo and conditioner both helped bring up my dog's coat -that of which she is currently blowing. What prevents me from giving this a 5 out of 5 is the smell of the products and the consistency of the shampoo. -it is very watery therefore hard to contain which allows for unwanted waste. I was pleased though that my dog was much easier to brush out after using this combo and it gave her coat a nice shine without the grime.”
“Hard to write a review when I still haven’t received my full order. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for the conditioner. Shampoo and lotion seem to be working good though. But if a product is out of stock, it should state that online.”
“Unfortunately, this did not help my dog. I left the shampoo and conditioner both on for 30 minutes each. She actually seemed itchier than ever after her bath. I have also been using the lotion, but I don’t see a difference. Given the price I paid, I am disappointed. I was really hoping this would help her.”
“I ordered the product based on comments in certain reviews stating how well it worked to neutralize strong odor on dogs when other products did not work at all. My experience was totally unsuccessful. Within minutes after using products as instructed on the dog having ordered issues, the strong odor is back. I’ve used the product 4 times and each time is the same ... odor persists. I’ll use the product until gone and then won’t purchase again.”
“The day I bought the bone dog products I found out that my dog had allergies and I couldn’t possibly using it. Customer service didn’t respond to my inquiry if we could stop the order and I never heard back after. i’ll find a use for it for one of my friends dogs but I was sad that the customer service is so bad.”
