“I did not like the product at all. It is very oily and messy. I used twice and each time my golden increased biting at the area applied. I tried calling to return, I work 8AM to 6PM Monday through Friday. I was never able to get a human on the phone. I finally just threw it away.”

“Although this lotion smells pleasant enough and feels cool and rather greasy ( -not surprisingly, as the very 1st listed ingredient is mineral oil..) to my fingers when I apply it to our dog, sadly I can see no indication that it has been of any benefit at all for our dog's hot spots, and in fact, he acts like it stings (?) when it is applied.
I was very hopeful when I found this product online, but unfortunately, at least for our dog, it seems to be just another expensive product that didn't live up to its' hype.
