“Love the product - even use it on myself when necessary!That being said, I have one problem. Since I am much closer to 80 years old than 70 and I have lost a lot of strength in my hands and arms. I can carry the gallon with both hands and shake it up, but can't refill the spray bottle even with a funnel without spilling a bunch. If there were a pump that would fit into the gallon it would help immensely. Living alone has its disadvantages sometimes but I'm trying to find ways to say "I can" rather than "I can't". Any suggestions would be appreciated.”

“Love the feel and smell of the horse spray. It does seem to last slightly longer than other horse sprays I have tried. The most fustrating part is ordering. I ordered directly from the company (4 gallons) and I only received 1 gallon. Trying to communicate with the company was difficult. The have a phone number, but no voicemail. They did send me the rest of my order, but it took longer than expected.”

Again, we are so sorry you originally only received a portion of your order, and hope you received the extra complimentary quarts of spray we sent along. Because the order was large, it had to be packed in multiple boxes, sent with UPS and it looks like one of these took 3 days longer.
