“I really love this product. Although nothing seems to repel 100% of the time, this works just as well as toxins. It does have inconsistent ingredient amounts though. This is clearly visible from bottle to bottle when it settles. I've purchased 7 bottles of the spray. This is my first gallon.”

Because the majority of our ingredients come from natural, organic and wild-sourced origins, especially for our herbal horse spray, you may see significant variations in color and texture over time and with each batch that we hand-craft. Each batch begins with a tea (imagine a massive teapot!) that we create ourselves made from neem leaves. So many factors can affect what color and consistency the neem tea will have. Then to that base we add all the essential oils listed below, and each has its own color and texture. The time of year, the weather, plant species variations, country of origin, all of these factors lead to cosmetic changes, but the quality and efficacy of the product is in no way affected by these natural cosmetic differences. In addition, we do not add chemical emulsifiers and instead rely on processes and mixing for extended periods of time to encourage the ingredients to meld together (which gives it a whitish appearance). With time and exposure to warm temps you'll see the ingredients settle into layers again, but this can be corrected by vigorously shaking the bottle before use, which we feel is much better than adding potentially toxic ingredients!
