“I might change my review when I receive my products, but right now I am not impressed. I purchased Equiderma at the recommendation of a friend because I have a very itchy horse. I placed an order for 5 of their products, so spent over $100. I placed my order on June 16th. Today is July 14th and I have not yet received my order. I received an email from someone at Equiderma on June 26th (10 days later!!!!) to inform me that one of the products in my order is back ordered. Then I finally received an email on July 10th with a tracking number stating that my order was finally shipped. Still have not received it. I can understand that products can be back ordered. But this should have been stated at the time I placed the order and not informed of the fact 10 days after I placed the order. In addition, the other products should have been sent to me. Not delay the entire purchase because one product was BO.
I'm really not impressed with the way this has been handled. After spending over $100 on these products, I had to spend more money on other products in the meantime to help my poor itchy horse.

“My Poor Arabian mare gets sweet itch very badly every summer where her mane covers her neck. This year was particularly bad, not stopping at her neck but it seemed she was rubbing all over. She had many bald spots where she rubbed on the tree. I heard about Equiderma Neem on social media. I decided to try it (what do I have to lose) I literally used it only three times, and she is completely better.
