This is a game changer. No need to worry about sweaty spots when you finish your ride as the sun is setting and the temps are quickly dropping. Just put some of this powder on a towel or dandy brush and rub it on it to your horse's sweaty spot. BAM like magic that sweat will disappear and you will no longer be spending your evening waiting for sweat to dry. Added bonus- this product smells amazing!!

Living in CA makes wintertime tricky, it's often warm enough for my horse to sweat but not warm enough for a bath. Equiderma Dry Shampoo is the perfect answer to keeping my boy's skin clean and healthy! We use it often for the saddle pad area and I love it!

My team here at ASE are loving the new dry shampoo by Equiderma. During winter, it's hard to rinse horses down after work, this product has helped to keep their coats clear of rain rot, fungus and more by absorbing the extra sweat and water. It also has cleared up some skin issues from girth rubs, and helped to act as a barrier to prevent future rubs. Can't say enough great things about this product, we love it and use it almost daily!

Love love this this powder! It’s been a warm and rainy winter this year so rain rot has been an issue for some horses at our barn, but with this preventative powder, my Moose has been rain rot free and it makes getting dirt off so much easier! This has quickly turned into one of my favorite products from equiderma! -Candice and Moose

Equiderma Daily Defense is my new "go to" for dirt and sweat on my horse. Daily Defense makes my horse's hair clean and shiny when I can't bathe him. It keeps him fresh and smelling great. In the winter I sprinkle it on before blanketing in case of any dampness. I love the natural blend of ingredients. And because of that, I feel safe using it as my own dry shampoo.

I was so excited when I discovered this dry shampoo. If you’ve never used dry shampoo for your horse, you don’t know what you’ve been missing until you try it. We’ve needed something like this in our barn forever and it doesn’t disappoint. My mini horse is petrified of water, so the dry shampoo is exactly what we were in need of to freshen her coat in between baths. It’s a powder you can sprinkle right on your horse, a curry, a brush, or even your hands, and then apply to your horse. It’s become a daily staple for wintertime hygiene with my big girl who keeps sleeping in the less than desirable parts of her stall, if you know what I mean. We just do a quick curry in the morning and then brush in some of this dry shampoo and voilà, a much less stinky pony. It also has a very pleasant scent like everything Equiderma! We can’t recommend this product enough!

My horse and I have recently moved to Alabama and the clay/dirt is much different than in Florida. My horse wears bell boots and the muck accumulates quick around his pasterns / coronary bands. I find the Dry Shampoo is great for cleaning and drying this area! And I feel like I’m helping prevent all the skin crud associated with damp conditions. I sprinkle it in my hand, rub into his coat, and brush out with a stiff brush. I have also found it helpful for areas that have dried urine or manure (from laying down in his stall at night).
