“Well I can’t really comment on the products but I can comment on the lack of service. I have messaged and emailed Equiderma asking basic questions such as do you ship to New Zealand. When I got no response I decided to order anyway, figuring if they didn’t that I be informed then. So my order was accepted and I awaited delivery. When it finally arrived I found that New Zealand Customs had confiscated the Skin Lotion and gave me various options as to how to proceed. I immediated emailed Equiderma asking for guidance and forwarded the information from NZ Customs. And I heard NOTHING from Equiderma. The outcome is that I have paid a rather large amount in shipping and conversion to NZ dollars and will not be able to get the Skin Lotion released. That may have been the outcome anyway but the fact that Equiderma did not have the decency to reply to any of my requests for help is truly disappointing to say the least. I will never deal with them again. Thanks for nothing Equiderma. Very expensive learning exercise!”
