“I'm a long time user of this product, it was the only thing to clear up my old mare's skin crud (overgrowth of fungus, yeast, and bacteria due to allergies) and I still keep it around for various and sundry skin issues.However, this shipment arrived and the three layers of bubble wrap envelope had opened during shipping, the shampoo was punctured with the bottle empty, and the lotion had obviously been tampered with. I sent an email with pictures, got a response within a couple of hours during non-business hours, and replacement product was sent out the next day.”
