“Standard shipping was very quick. I've only applied the product once so I can't comment on effectiveness yet, but application was super easy with the squeeze nozzle and the fact that the product itself is a paste-like consistency so there's no risk of dripping. I squeezed the paste into the grooves (after cleaning well) and gently scrubbed it all around the grooves, sole, and frog with the brush of my hoof pick. The only downside is that you then have to hose out the brush, but not a big deal.”
“We have only been using this product for about a week and it seems to be working well. Hooves are no longer tender and horse doesn't flinch at all with this product as he does others that claim to be stingless. The only problem we have had is getting it out of the bottle. Even when shaken/stirred, it is the consistency of an old tube of toothpaste. It makes it stick to the hoof very well, but almost impossible to get out of the bottle.”
“My issue is application, it's very thick and pasty which is good but trying to hold the hoof and squeeze the bottle at same time to apply is IMPOSSIBLE! You guys really need to reconsider packaging and application. I have been using for 4 days and cant say I am seeing a difference. Now starting bottle #2.”
“Good timing on ordering and delivery , product used only once and will be returning . Product is a paste and unless you have horse in boots after application the paste ends up on the ground and not in place for treatment .”
“I'm not reviewing this particular product since I still don't have it, but rather the order handling procedures of Equiderma. I placed my online order on Aug 17. Got an email confirmation of the order and heard nothing else from the company. I called Equiderma on 8/31and was told that perhaps my order was one of those that got lost between the order process and shipping. She said she would check into it and get back to me. She still has not called back. Several hours after the call, I did get an email notification titled "Your Equiderma shipment tracking number" which did not contain a tracking number. I called Equiderma at 4:45pm EST and got a message that the office closed at 5pm EST and someone would get back to me. Several hours later another email did include a tracking number which shows that the shipment should arrive tomorrow. I will edit my review (if possible) after that.”
